Pleasant and professional welcome, yet I am very dissatisfied with the services provided and I do not plan to return to your home or perhaps even to Mazda in general. I pay € 95 for a diagnosis, for a diagnosis that could have been done in the presence of the client in less than 30 seconds, a simple advice in the end and free of charge. I am a little sickened, I have the impression of not having been listened to, I feel aggrieved even if in the end the technician has done his job and is probably competent it's a shame ... My last car at Mazda in addition it is guaranteed but whose warranty does not cover the diagnosis ... Ouch! ...
I put 1 star because not possible to put less.
I call to order parts, at the reception they switch me to the storekeeper, who after 3.30 minutes of waiting hangs up on me.
I call back, fell back to reception, which switches me back to the store, nobody picks up.
I try 6 times always the same.
At the reception, I am offered to take my coordinates to call me back, no one calls me back.
I try again the next day, after several tries and waiting, the reception tells me that the storekeeper is all alone and that it is a mess.
I too work alone and wasted a lot of time just trying to reach them.
24 hours later still could not reach them.
I decided to call Mazda Toulouse, who answered me, order my parts and even offered to deliver it to me within 48 hours.
I am a professional and will no longer order from Mazda Montauban.
